2010 Moveable Feast Benefiting Best Buddies Louisiana

More than 500 supporters and 30 businesses partnered for one-to-one friendships and social integration, generating more than $35,000 for Best Buddies Louisiana's programs!
Attendees enjoyed hors d'oeuvres, drinks, dessert, live entertainment, and extended shopping hours as they feasted down Perkins Road from Zippy's to Chelsea's and lots of places in between.
The Moveable Feast was designed to raise funds and awareness for Best Buddies Louisiana's friendship programs for children and adults with intellectual and other developmental disabilities (IDDs).
All proceeds from the evening directly benefit Best Buddies programs in Louisiana. Best Buddies is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization dedicated to establishing a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities.
